We practise common interview questions and your own answers. You prepare examples of your strengths and decide which questions you want to ask.
Who is this for?
This coaching is for people returning to work, changing direction or starting again after a longer break. If you need to explain a qualification earned abroad, experience in different industries or an unusual career path, we work on a clear account of it. Women, men and people with a migration background are welcome.
Sessions take place in person in Halle or online if the specific programme and your voucher allow it. We work on your questions one to one. Nobody can promise you a job, but you will move forward with better documents and practical next steps.
How to access application coaching with an AVGS
- Define your goal: talk with your employment adviser about the difficulties in your job search and ask about a suitable AVGS.
- Compare the conditions: your voucher’s goal, validity, duration and region must match the programme.
- Obtain approval: the responsible authority assesses participation. We can begin only after written approval.
Both provider and programme must be approved for AVGS funding. If coaching is online, that delivery format must be included in the approval.

Do I need application documents already?
No. Bring what you have. We can also start with a job advertisement and your experience and develop suitable documents from there.
Can coaching take place online?
Yes, if the specific programme and the conditions of an approved AVGS allow it. We check this together before the start.
Is application coaching free with an approved AVGS?
The suitable programme is free of charge for you if the voucher was approved in writing before it began. Your employment agency or jobcentre decides whether you receive an AVGS.
