You bring your questions.
Together, we find a way forward.
Coaching here means individual guidance. We discuss your goal and work on practical next steps, such as a business plan, stronger job applications or a business strategy. Do you already have an activation and placement voucher (AVGS), or would you like to apply for one? Choose the right starting point. Your employment agency or jobcentre decides whether to fund the programme.

Support at your side.
Women and men, people with a migration background and aspiring founders all bring different experiences. Your situation is our starting point, and we develop the next steps together.
Let us focus on your next step.
I am Claudia Franke. Together we review your business idea, job application documents or company strategy and turn them into a clear plan for your next steps.
