Online coaching here means one-to-one guidance with time for your questions. First we review your goal and voucher conditions, then plan suitable sessions and tasks.

In our first conversation, we discuss your situation, documents and desired outcome. From there we create a clear process.
Work on your actual situation
During video sessions, we might work on a business idea, business plan, job applications or interview preparation. You receive feedback on your own drafts.
Steps before our next meeting
After each conversation you know what to do next. At the following session we review progress and open questions and adjust the plan where needed.
What can online AVGS coaching cover?
We support startup plans, career changes and job applications. In startup coaching we examine the business idea, target group, figures and financing. In application coaching we work on suitable jobs, documents and interviews. The specific programme must match your voucher’s goal and conditions.
You need a quiet place, a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. If you are unsure about the technology, we can discuss it beforehand. We agree on the format and meeting details before the start.
From voucher to first appointment
- Ask about an AVGS: discuss the support you need with the employment agency or jobcentre.
- Check the conditions: we compare the goal, validity, duration, regional requirements and permitted delivery format with a suitable programme.
- Wait for written approval: funded coaching starts only after approval. You may get in touch without obligation before you have a voucher.

Frequently asked questions
Does online coaching need a separate AVGS?
No. “Online” only describes how coaching takes place. Whether it is possible depends on the specific programme and your voucher conditions.
Can I participate from any German state?
Video appointments can take place regardless of location if the programme is approved for this format. Whether funded participation is possible from your home depends on the programme approval and your AVGS conditions. We check both before the start.
How much does coaching cost?
There is no programme fee for you if a suitable AVGS programme has been approved in writing before it starts. We cannot guarantee approval; the responsible authority decides.
