This gives you a sound basis for conversations with banks, funding bodies and business partners. Our consulting does not end with a recommendation: we define the next tasks and responsibilities.

We prepare business plans suitable for bank discussions, including market analysis and revenue, cost, profitability and cash flow planning. The figures must be clear and fit your plans. They also prepare you for financing conversations.
Funding and BAFA
We research suitable funding programmes, check the requirements and help prepare applications. For established companies, we examine whether BAFA-funded consulting could be suitable. The responsible authority decides on funding.
Growth and international markets
We develop strategies for positioning, organisation and growth. For international projects, we examine target markets, potential partners, processes and financing needs. This turns an international idea into a project you can plan.
