privacy policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026. This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit beratung-halle.de and contact Coaching by Claudia.
1. Data controller
Claudia Franke, Coaching by Claudia, Herderstraße 11, 06114 Halle (Saale), telephone: 0179 6882397, email: team@beratung-halle.de. You can also use this address for privacy-related enquiries.
2. Website access and hosting
Each time a page is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed, including the IP address, time, requested page, volume of data transferred, browser and operating system details, referrer and HTTP status. This is necessary to deliver the page, maintain its stability and detect attacks or errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website. Hosting and technical provision are carried out by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, as a processor. Logs are retained only for as long as necessary for operation, security and error analysis; following a security incident, individual records may be needed for longer for investigation and legal enforcement.
3. Contact form, email and telephone
When you contact us through the contact form, by email or by telephone, we process the information you provide (on the form: name, email address, optional telephone number and message; through other channels: the contact details and content supplied) to respond to your enquiry and continue the communication. The mandatory form fields are needed to reply; the telephone number is optional. The form is processed using Contact Form 7 on our WordPress website. We may use an internal customer relationship management system (CRM) to process and organise enquiries. This involves processing contact details, messages, handling status and agreed next steps; access is restricted to authorised persons. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in handling your enquiry. Where separate consent is requested, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies. We delete enquiries once they have been dealt with and retention or legal enforcement is no longer necessary. Business and tax-related correspondence may be retained longer in accordance with statutory obligations.
4. Consulting and contract administration
If you commission us, we process names, contact details, information about the requested service, contract and billing data, and the information supplied for the consulting. This serves to initiate, perform and bill the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and fulfil statutory retention obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Recipients may include necessary service providers, particularly IT, email and accounting providers, and authorities where required by law. Data is deleted when its purposes no longer apply and no statutory retention duties or legitimate claims require otherwise. Depending on the document type, section 147(3) of the German Fiscal Code (AO) may require retention for six, eight or ten years; commercial-law periods under section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and time limits for asserting or defending claims may also apply.
5. Cookies and consent management
This website uses Complianz to manage and document your choices about cookies and similar technologies. Technically necessary storage may be used to operate the website and remember your choice. Non-essential access to your device, particularly for statistics or advertising, generally requires your consent under section 25(1) of the German TDDDG; exceptions apply only in the cases specified in section 25(2). We base subsequent processing of personal data for these purposes on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change or withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future through the cookie settings and cookie policy .
6. Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3BYR663W49) to analyse page views and interactions, and Google Ads (conversion ID AW-18006303265) to measure advertising results. A conversion event is configured following successful submission of the contact form. IP addresses, browser and device information, visited pages, interactions and identifiers may be transmitted to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Site Kit has enabled Google's consent mode; the tags used must respect the choices made in consent management. Your consent is the relevant basis for non-essential storage or access on your device and the associated analysis of personal data (section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choices through the cookie settings with effect for the future. Google's information: privacy policy.
7. Video appointments
Online appointments are arranged separately. Information about the video service used and its data processing is provided with the invitation. No appointment booking or video conference is loaded automatically on this website.
8. WhatsApp and external links
Our website contains a link to WhatsApp. Merely visiting this website does not establish a connection to external services through a plain external link. WhatsApp's provider in the European Region is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. If you click the link or contact us through WhatsApp, the provider processes data under its own rules; data may also be processed in third countries. We process the messages you send us there to respond to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Information about WhatsApp's processing is available at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea. Alternatively, you can contact us by email, telephone or contact form.
9. Transfers outside the EEA
When Google services, Zoom, WhatsApp or social networks are used, personal data may also be processed outside the EU or the European Economic Area. For transfers to the USA, the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework may apply to appropriately certified recipients; otherwise, appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR, particularly standard contractual clauses, are required. Certification or the specific transfer mechanism must be checked for each service. You can request further information using the contact details above.
10. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Article 7(3)). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21); you may object to direct marketing at any time. To exercise your rights, simply send a message to team@beratung-halle.de. This website does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
11. Right to complain
Under Article 77 GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Saxony-Anhalt, Otto-von-Guericke-Straße 34a, 39104 Magdeburg. You may also contact an authority at your place of residence or work.
12. Changes
We update this policy when the services used or legal requirements change. The version published on this page at the relevant time applies.
