Since 2017, I have worked alongside people and businesses as a business consultant. I support you in developing your business, preparing to become self-employed and finding suitable funding opportunities.
As a BAFA-listed consultant, I combine business planning with personal attention to your situation. We assess ideas, build a basis for decisions and develop financially sound steps for your venture.

We review your business model, target audiences and ways of attracting customers. A business plan suitable for bank review, together with clear revenue, cost, liquidity and financing projections, provides the foundation for your start.
Under AVGS start-up coaching, the approved programme is free for you if the appropriate voucher has been approved in writing before you begin. Within the approved programme, support is available online throughout Germany and, by arrangement, also in Halle (Saale).

My professional background combines nursing service management, facility management and quality management with studies in business consulting. From my leadership experience, I know how important clear responsibilities, reliable processes and well-considered business decisions are.
